				The University of Oregon MicroAnalytical Facility is a modern laboratory with full quantitative analytical and imaging capabilities.Our primary goal is to provide high accuracy microscale quantitative measurements for both chemical composition and physical structure on a variety of materials. This includes minerals,
					glasses, ceramics, thin films, bulk materials, semi-conductors, nano-devices and electro-optical materials.
