Accomodation and meals for all participants
will be free of charge at the conference site from Monday June 13th
until Friday June 17th, 2005.
To book your accommodation, please download the booking form in
Word or pdf
format and fax or email directly to Bäckaskog Castle. On this form
you have the opportunity to indicate whether you will have an accompanying
person joining you, and whether you have any special requests with
regard to food or accommodation.
Please communicate any changes directly to Bäckaskog Castle.
Lodging for accompanying persons cannot
be covered by Nobel symposium funds (see Accompanying
Persons).
