• US Citizen or Permanent Resident*
• Financial need, as determined by applicant's FAFSA application
• Minimum 3.5 overall GPA*
• If student has taken AP, IB, or College Now calculus, physics, or chemistry, minimum 3.4 GPA in those courses
• *Alternate criteria for high schoolers not meeting GPA criteria: Math SAT score of at least 650 and a combined Math/Reading score of at least 1250

• Enroll full time at the University of Oregon (minimum 12 credits per term)
• Enroll as a declared major in UO Chemistry, Biochemistry, and/or Physics
• Maintain normal progress towards completion of chemistry and/or physics bachelor's degree
• Maintain a minimum UO GPA of 3.25
• Participate in required meetings and scholarship activities
